These Terms of Use govern your use of the SafeDeal website and waitlist, operated by Safe Deal Technologies Limited (RC 9801813), incorporated in Nigeria under the Companies and Allied Matters Act (CAMA), with registered address at 60/64, Adeboye Solanke Street, Allen Avenue, Lagos State, Nigeria. By using this site or joining the waitlist, you accept these terms.

SafeDeal is currently in a private pre-launch phase. We do not offer regulated banking or investment services to the public. SafeDeal provides the technology framework for secure transaction workflows, while all underlying custodial and settlement functions are conceptual and will be fulfilled exclusively by licensed institutional partners. Nothing on this site constitutes an offer of financial services, investment advice, or a solicitation.

Joining the waitlist registers your interest in the platform. It does not create a customer relationship, guarantee access to the platform, or oblige either party to enter into any further agreement. We may contact you using the details you provide in connection with early access.

You agree to provide accurate information and not to:

• Use the site for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to interfere with or gain unauthorised access to the site or its systems
• Submit information belonging to third parties without authority
