This Privacy Policy is issued by SafeDeal LLC, a company registered with the Qatar Financial Centre ("QFC") under QFC License No. 04617, with its registered office at Office No 4, Floor No 9, QFC Tower 1, Doha, Qatar ("SafeDeal," "we," "us," or "our"). This Policy applies specifically to visitors and waitlist participants engaging with our Qatar/GCC page (safedealapp.com/qa) and is separate from the privacy policy governing our main global platform.

SafeDeal LLC is currently in a pre-launch phase in Qatar and the wider GCC region. We do not currently offer regulated banking, escrow, or investment services to the public through this entity. This page collects only early-access waitlist information; it does not process transactional data.

Through the Qatar/GCC waitlist form, we collect:

• Business name
• Work email address
• Business profile / category
• Location (optional, if provided)

We process this data to:

• Respond to your waitlist request and provide updates on our Qatar/GCC launch
• Understand demand for our platform in this region ahead of launch
• Communicate with you about relevant product developments

Your data is processed on the basis of the consent you provide when submitting the waitlist form. You may withdraw consent at any time by contacting us.

We use waitlist data solely for the purposes described above. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties. We do not share this data with our separately operated Nigerian entity, Safe Deal Technologies Limited, or with any financing, escrow, or inspection partner, at this stage.

We retain waitlist data only as long as necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, or as required by applicable law. You may request deletion of your data at any time.

Qatar/GCC waitlist submissions are held in a dataset that is kept separate from the data of our main global platform. During this pre-launch phase, submissions are collected and stored through a contracted third-party form-processing provider, and may be processed in jurisdictions outside Qatar. Appropriate contractual safeguards are applied to that processing.

As our regional infrastructure is established, we intend to transition Qatar/GCC waitlist data to a Qatar-hosted environment, and this Policy will be updated accordingly.
