Terms and Conditions — Qatar & GCC

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Qatar/GCC page located at safedealapp.com/qa (the "Site") and any early access waitlist, information, or communications provided through it. The Site is operated by SafeDeal LLC, a company registered with the Qatar Financial Centre ("QFC") under QFC License No. 04617, with its registered office at Office No 4, Floor No 9, QFC Tower 1, Doha, Qatar ("SafeDeal," "we," "us," or "our").

These Terms apply specifically to this Qatar/GCC page and are separate from the Terms and Conditions governing our main global platform, which is operated by a separate legal entity, Safe Deal Technologies Limited, incorporated in Nigeria.

By accessing or using this Site or submitting the waitlist form, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use this Site.

This Site and waitlist are intended for business use by individuals at least 18 years old who have the authority to represent the business on whose behalf they are submitting information.

SafeDeal LLC is registered with the QFC as a fintech infrastructure platform. We are currently in a private pre-launch phase in Qatar and the wider GCC region and do not offer regulated banking, escrow, or investment services to the public through this entity. Any future service will provide the technology framework for secure transaction workflows, with all underlying custodial and settlement functions performed exclusively by separately licensed institutional partners. SafeDeal LLC does not hold or control client funds.

This Site, at its current stage, provides general information and allows visitors to join a waitlist for early access to our platform once it launches in this region. Joining the waitlist does not create any obligation on SafeDeal to provide access to the platform, does not constitute a contract for services, and does not create any financial, escrow, or custodial relationship between you and SafeDeal.

By submitting your business name, work email, business profile, and (optionally) location, you are requesting to be considered for early access to SafeDeal's platform in Qatar/the GCC once available. Submission does not guarantee access, a specific launch date, or any particular feature set.

Nothing on this Site constitutes financial, legal, investment, or trade advice. You should seek independent professional advice before making any business, financial, or legal decisions.

All content on this Site, including the SafeDeal name and brand marks, is the property of SafeDeal LLC, its affiliates, or its licensors, and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You agree not to use the Site unlawfully, submit false or misleading information, interfere with the Site's operation, or use automated means to extract data from the Site without prior written permission.

This Site may reference third-party services, including future partners. SafeDeal LLC does not control and is not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party service.

The Site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, SafeDeal LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue this Site at any time. We may revise these Terms from time to time; the "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws and regulations applicable within the Qatar Financial Centre. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the QFC Civil and Commercial Court.

These Terms, together with our Qatar/GCC Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and SafeDeal LLC regarding your use of this Site.
